Highlight Industries grew from an idea hatched in the basement of Kurt and Karen Riemenschneider’s Grandville, Michigan home: To create a unique and superior line of stretch wrap equipment. Kurt was 31 years old when he received his first patent for the invention he called the “Highlight Handwrapper.” Kurt decided to take his patent-protected invention and enter the industrial packaging machinery field. Highlight’s modest goal at this time was to produce and sell 20 Handwrappers a week. Soon, with the help of four new employees, Highlight began to blossom, and in the spring of 1981 the company known today as Highlight Industries, Inc. was born.
Supply Source*, Inc. is honored to work with companies like Highlight and Arpac whose quality and integrity is second to none.
